Leadership &
The Comeback.
His journey began through Nepal's age-group structure, where performance was accompanied by responsibility. Becoming captain of the Nepal Under-19 side placed him in a leadership position early.
Every athlete's career contains moments when progress is not linear. One of the strongest elements of Rit's story is going from being unsold at the previous NPL auction to returning through performance and being acquired by Janakpur Bolts at the top of his category.
His profile connects his earlier credentials with recent performances: a 158* innings connected with PM Cup selection, and recognition as Best Batsman at the PL Singh Memorial Cup.
